Founder
The practice behind the programs.
Hae Academy was founded by Haekal Adha Al-Giffari, a researcher and educator working on human-AI interaction. His doctoral research examines how people and institutions actually work with AI systems, which is the same question every Hae Academy program starts from.
He has taught at university level in Indonesia and Malaysia, delivered AI training to more than a thousand participants across the region, and founded LitNav AI, an AI research assistant used by students and researchers. The company's method comes directly out of that practice: research-grounded, tested in real rooms, and built to survive contact with everyday work.
